Diversity, inclusion and change

I have the opportunity to work with diversity, discrimination and equality in smaller and larger organizations. Working with diversity can be demanding and an effective and supportive methodology is needed. We find that the use of The Four Rooms of Change is a powerful way to kick-start the analysis with a high degree of participation. And the action planning also takes place with the whole system in the room!
